Optimization And Evaluation Research Of FCJM Company Business Process

Today, the internal and external environment of the economic development for our country is undergoing profound changes. The industry structure is being adjusted. With the development of society, market demand has been developed to personalized and diversified era. In order to quickly respond to market demand, meet the various needs of consumers and reduce production costs, shorten product life cycles of enterprises has become the key factor of increasing their competitiveness. For this reason, many companies are beginning to make corresponding improvement in its operating modes and means of production. The production shifted to more variety and small batch production. In this transformation process, most companies focus on transformation of the mode of production, focusing on a particular aspect of business process improvement rather than thinking up through the whole value chain of business process optimization. Making such improvements without shortening business processes, either from the value chain to reduce costs.
