With the rapid development of the world economy,enterprises are facing more and more development pressures and challenges,which put forward higher and higher requirements in cost control and product and service quality.Since its inception,D company has gradually grown from hardware facilities such as production,sales of home and commercial computers and servers to an influential multinational technology company from end-to-end information technology infrastructure to overall solutions including storage services.Faced with the ever-changing challenges of the world economy and information technology industry,the business processes of D company need to be constantly optimized in accordance with the trend of development to help the development of enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the computer information technology industry in which D company is located,and combines with the company's business development strategy,carefully analyses the current situation of the domestic supplier invoice process management in D company's payable department,and summarizes the existing problems,including:low efficiency of supplier invoice entry;more errors in input work and excessive workload of employees.Load and other three main problems.Secondly,according to the results of business process diagnosis and analysis,this paper puts forward a feasible process optimization scheme suitable for D company's own characteristics,which includes:replacing old computer,designing Macro automation program and simplifying process to improve the accuracy and efficiency of invoice entry for domestic suppliers.The landing implementation of this scheme has brought a significant improvement to the input efficiency of domestic suppliers' invoices in D company's payable department.Invoice input errors have been reduced from 21 to zero monthly from the beginning and maintained continuously;the average time of each invoice entry system has been reduced from 7.6 minutes to 3 minutes;and the average monthly overtime hours of employees have been reduced from 22 hours to 2 hours.Through the research on the invoice management process optimization of D company's accounts payable department,the labor productivity is improved,the cost is further reduced,and the development strategy of D company is realized.At the same time,it will also bring some reference to enterprises with similar business processes.
