LTD,and described theproblems of the company’s daily operation. Then classified the process, described process,dignosised and improved the process. It includes three aspects:①Researched on the method of process classification, and find a representative product onthe basis of which the business processes involved. Then, described Business Process structurewith process charts.②Used the key success factors method chose some core processes. Then the paper adoptedthe factor analysis table method to find the problem and influential of core process.③The article used the normal process optimization steps, in accordance with ESIA analysismethod and the principles of business process optimization.At last this paper designs the way of process implementation.
