LTD,and described theproblems of the company’s daily operation. Then classified the process, described process,dignosised and improved the process. It includes three aspects:①Researched on the method of process classification, and find a representative product onthe basis of which the business processes involved. Then, described Business Process structurewith process charts.②Used the key success factors method chose some core processes. Then the paper adoptedthe factor analysis table method to find the problem and influential of core process.③The article used the normal process optimization steps, in accordance with ESIA analysismethod and the principles of business process optimization.At last this paper designs the way of process implementation. After the implementation isresult analysis, the article from the enterprise business process optimization objectives they wantback stepped to the four aspects should cover and analyzed.
