The development of agriculture to promote rural economic development is animportant issue for building a new socialist countryside, from the perspective of thesystem, the industrial management of agriculture is the third of China’s new ruralconstruction of the Institutional Revolutionary. Throughout the industrialized operationof agriculture as a key agricultural industrialization leading enterprises showed astrong leading role of radiation. The development of agricultural industrializationleading enterprises within the external environment analysis and the development ofthe strategy will be the industrialization of agriculture leading enterprises hasfar-reaching impact on China’s new rural construction, push forward the process ofagricultural industrialization in China, China’s "three rural" the solution to the problemof great practical significance.
