With the global economic integration and the arrival of the information era, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. In face of the fierce market competition, the enterprise has to improve the overall performance of the enterprise in order to survive and develop. Thus, performance management has become a core content of modern enterprise management and human resource management. And how to improve the enterprise performance management mode, enhance the overall level of the enterprise, establish a set of personnel performance evaluation system which is suitable for the enterprise strategic requirements become the key problem to be solved for modern enterprise.This paper analysis from a scientific and strategic, practical and operational point of view, through in-depth field investigation and mastered a lot of firsthand material. Firstly, this paper expounds the concept of performance and performance management, the meaning of performance management system and the theory of standardization management, then, analysis of the current situation and problems faced by A company’s performance management deeply, take the key performance indicator(KPI) and target management(MBO), integrated into the standard management, to re design and build a complete set of personnel performance management system in line with their actual work for A company. After the operation of the new performance management system of A company, through the comparison of the data index, the data shows that the level of A company’s performance management has been significantly improved. Finally, it is suggested that the continuous operation of A company’s performance management system is guaranteed by the way of perfecting the supporting system, cultivating the performance culture, optimizing the business process and establishing the feedback mechanism.In this paper, through the design and construction of the performance management system for A company, the strategic positioning of A company is more prominent, employees pay more attention to their own performance indicators and according to the requirements of each node to complete the corresponding work, A company’s staff performance has been significantly improved, A company management process is becoming more and more perfect, the efficiency has improved, and the competitiveness of enterprises effectively improve.
