In this paper, integrating the theories on Performance Management, Process Management and Key Performance Indicator, the study is based on A Construction Company, which aims to improve the performance management. Through the theoretical research and the empirical analysis, we introduce the business management theories into the performance management of A Construction Company to enhance its operation performance. In the analysis of the connotation of the performance management and evaluation, we firstly analyze the relevant theories of the performance management; and then we creatively establish a performance management process, based on the related business management theories, which optimizes the operation flow according to its strategic objectives, the perplexity of the existing flow, its own aptitude and the self-perfection and improvement of the flow. We abstract a theoretical approach of general applicability, establish a process system for performance management and describe its establishment steps and approaches. After setting the key performance indicators, we utilize the performance appraisal system to assess the workflow and the position. Finally, we combine the theoretical research with the specific practices.We analysis the establishing process of the performance management workflow from the practice to the strategy of the enterprise, which form its own flow in every link, including planning, execution and management, communication and feedback, outcome feedback and application of the performance. Combined with other management functions of human resources, we establish an effective process system of performance management to perfect the enterprise's mechanism and achieve the objectives. This paper focuses on a company with what qualifications could establish the workflow of the performance management, according to its internal conditions and external environment, and with what measures the company could strengthen and develop constantly.
