Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Index System Of Tourism Resort

With rapid growth of the national economy and subdivision of tourism market, holiday tourism was gradually rising in china. At the same time, the development and construction of tourist resort has also ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity. Now, there are 29 national tourist resort in China, including the 12 National Tourist Resort that approved by State Council and the 17 National Tourist Resort that announced by National Tourism Bureau. In order to occupy a certain position in the holiday market, the competitiveness of tourism resort is greatly concerned by the management of the resort, the focus of attention is how to find out the weakness of the competitiveness, and improve the overall competitiveness.However, this paper reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant important literature of tourism resort, and found that this research mainly focuses on the impact of a certain factor on the tourist resort competitiveness or the competitiveness evaluation of a certain ourism resort type. In addition, the existing evaluation model of the tourism resort competitiveness has neglected the two very important factors, which are the resources and the sustainable development ability. This will not be conducive to the operator’s understanding on the resort competitiveness, which hinders the further development of the tourist resort.Therefore, based on the existing evaluation model, combined with the important role of resources and sustainable development capacity, a relatively systematic and comprehensive evaluation index system of the competitiveness of tourism resorts is constructed, and then used Delphy method to screen the indicators, which formed the ultimately evaluation index system. The ultimately evaluation index system have universality. Then uses AHP to make certain of the proportion of each evaluation index, on this basis, evaluates the competitiveness of tourism resort with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and then takes the HangZhou ZhiJiang National Tourist Holiday resort as a example to make a practical research which uses the index system established in this paper to appraise the competitiveness of tourism resort.According to the actual needs of the construction of the tourist resorts, this paper constructs a more systematic and comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system. On the one hand, the system can compare the competitiveness of different tourism resorts; On the other hand, it can help to find out the weakness of the competitiveness of the tourist resort area, so as to provide reference for improving the overall competitiveness of the market.
