Development Evaluation Of Dalian Jinshitan National Tourism Resort

In the late 1970 s,China's tourism industry entered a stage of rapid development.Dalian Jinshitan National Tourism Resort is the first batch of national-level tourist resorts established by the state.Its geographical location determines its distinctive coastal tourism characteristics.After decades of investment,reform and development,Dalian Jinshitan National Resort has become a major tourist destination in Northeast China.However,some problems have also been exposed in its development,such as: tourism products are too single;the continued attractiveness of tourism products;the long suspension of tourism resources development;the lack of protection of tourism resources,etc.,all of which urgently require scientific and rational planning and guide.The article uses AVC theory as an evaluation tool,and its theoretical core is three forces.Three Forces refers to the attraction,vitality and carrying capacity of regional tourist destinations and individual landscapes.The English abbreviation is AVC.The AVC theory divides the resort into three systems for analysis and evaluation,and correspondingly summarizes the development strategies that can enhance the attraction,vitality and carrying capacity of tourist resorts.This paper starts with the development trajectory of Jinshitan,selects objective indicators to establish a development evaluation model,and assigns weights to calculate the scores of each system,so as to evaluate the development status and problems of Three Forces.In order to provide direction for the development of the district.Through research and analysis,the following results were obtained:(1)At the AVC project level in Jinshitan,the attraction has the largest weight,and the second and third ranks are vitality and carrying capacity respectively.(2)The attraction score of Jinshitan reached39.452 points,which is the highest score.Combined with its development in recent years,Jinshitan Management Committee has developed a development model through investment promotion and development of new tourism projects.The attraction of the district provides a constant source of motivation.(3)The vitality score of Jinshitan is low,and the score for the development stage is not high.It is concluded that the development space of Jinshitan is still huge,and there are still many things left for managers to develop.Now,the tourism resources of Jinshitan are further deepened.The excavation is a new topic in front of the government and resort managers.(4)The bearing capacity score of Jinshitan is the lowest,and the bearing capacity problem shows a trend of gradual prominentness.Therefore,it is necessary for the government and resort managers to pay close attention to it.The bearing capacity is the foundation for the resort to maintain vitality and attractiveness,and it is necessary to increase the improvement.Finally,based on the above evaluation results,the development countermeasures suitable for the actual situation of Jinshitan are proposed from the aspects of vitality,attractiveness and carrying capacity of the resort.This paper not only contributes to the development of Dalian Jinshitan National Tourism Resort,but also provides reference for the development of other seaside tourism destinations,and ultimately promotes the overall development of tourism,with strong principles and practical significance.
