Vacation tourism is an important travel mode beside sightseeing. In those developed countries, holiday tourism has long been replaced ordinary tourism as one of the most important tourism industry. With the rising of Chinese economic, the future of Chinese holiday tourism will become a strong rising in the way of travel. The conditions of Guangwu Moutyain is very suitable for the developing of holiday tourism. Guangwu Mountain should not be satisfied with the development of A level scenic spot, but more should be a tourist resort for change on the holiday tourism development.The paper has carried on the detailed arrangement of Guangwu Mountain tourist resort which based on the background of transformation of Guangwu Mountain. This paper concluded 8 categories, 26 classes, 37 basic types of resources such as physiographic landscape, water landscape, astronomical landscape and climate, biological landscape, site of monuments, buildings and facilities, tourist commodities, human activities. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) based on yaahp10.0 constructed Guangwu Mountain resort tourism resources evaluation system. This paper used questionnaire for assignment and got the view that the tourism resources of Guangwu Mountain resort was in good level. This paper analyzed the Holiday comfort of Guangwu Mountain by using the methods to analyze the comfortable degree of human body. The paper got the point of view that Guangwu Mountain was litter cold so that summer vacation product will be very suitable for it.Based on the SWOT analysis of Guangwu Mountain tourist resort, the paper concluded that the Guangwu Mountain tourist resort have the advantages of location, resources and policy, but also have the disadvantages of the shortage of the products, obviously the season, the fierce competition. According to this analysis, Guangwu Mountain should follow the development strategy that build a big tourist location, developing four seasons tourism, strengthening environmental protection and promoting the community management. This paper divide Guangwu Mountain tourist into one heart, one corridor and two areas.Guangwu Mountain tourism resort should be actively trying to PPP mode. The private enterprise should be introduced into the development of Guangwu Mountain tourist resort and formed a golden triangle with the government, Banks and companies.For different features of each functional partition, this paper introduced the design of the project, formed the mountain sports vacation products, mountain summer resort multiple leisure products and the four seasons resort product system, and build the provinces, regions and internal travel system. The survey found that Guangwu Mountain exist the condition of the environmental pollution and destruction. So, this article constructs an environmental protection system includes the water environment, sound environment, atmospheric environment and environmental health protection. Then we calculated the environmental capacity of Guangwu Mountain resort about 4.836 million people.In order to make the market better, this paper analyzed the holiday tourism marketing of Guangwu Mountain and Offered to Chengdu, Xian, Chongqing in the triangle area of market development for the primary market. At last the paper put forward a recent marketing plan of “four one plan”: one song, one book, one endorsement and one fesitival.
