Research On Development Of Small And Medium-sized S&T Enterprise Of Jinan City On Financial Support

Nowadays, small and medium-sized S&T enterprises play the vital role in the financial development of countries, with the advancement of economic globalization and new economic revolution, the strategic role that S&T SMEs play in the growth of nation economy has become increasingly prominent. Concerned about the general trend of our market economy, S&T enterprise not only plays a vital role in promoting the nation economy, but is also the important carrier to achieve full employment and the reliable foundation to promote social stability. What’s more, it also make a difference to promoting non-government economy creativity, cooperating with the efficient operation of large enterprises, optimizing economic structure, balancing the development in different areas, even raising the quality of the entire nation economy. But the emphasis paid on it in the monetary policy are not in accordance with its influence in economy badly, especially in respect of financing, and which the difficulty and discrimination in access to capital is a major issue to be addressed. The combination of technology and finance is beneficial not only giving play to the support of economic and social development, but also to the financial sustainable development, which are both provided by the technology. To some extent, the issue about finance support to S&T SMEs can be regarded as a financial issue, which need support from the government in the respect of value development、value amplification、behavior guiding. Therefore, financial support on S&T SMEs concerns about not only the policy value, but also the policy orientation. This thesis takes the development of financial support on S&T SMEs in Jinan City as a basic, then finds out the main problems and limiting factor, combines domestic and foreign advanced successful experience with the current situation of Jinan’s S&M SMEs, offering the proposal to development policy, which is of significance in both theory and practice.This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, it mainly focuses on the background and significance, describes the research issues, purpose and meaning, ideas and methods, contents and frame of the study as well as the innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter is about the review of related theories and literatures, it mainly describes the relevant theories and research status of financial support for the S&T SMEs in and abroad, referring to the fact that lack of related research in Jinan. The third chapter introduces the analysis of the charities of financing in the S&T SMEs. Firstly, It mainly introduces the achievement in Jinan’s S&T SMEs, raising the issue that financing support to the S&T SMEs, and giving the basic status and analysis of financing problem of S&T SMEs by questionnaire, meanwhile, recommending the introduction of the advanced experience of other countries and regions The fourth chapter gives the empirical analysis and main influencing factors of S&T SMEs in Jinan city, it mainly introduces the main influencing factors of financing support to the S&T SMEs in Jinan city, and giving the empirical analysis coordinating with the questionnaires. The fifth chapter is the research about how to do further financing support to the S&T SMEs in Jinan city. It mainly offers proposals for financing support to the S&T SMEs in Jinan city.
