Study On Ali Cloud Platform For SME In MIS

With the continuous development of economy and society, small and medium enterprises play an increasingly important role in China’s economic construction. The fierce market competition forms a more and more severe test to the continuous development and efficient management of SME. Information technology, especially MIS, can make great effort in helping SME achieve effectively production costs reduction, continuously regulate the internal decision-making and improve production efficiency. However, due to the existence of some insurmountable limitations of SME, the practical application status quo of MIS is not satisfactory.Based on the step of "identifying problems, analyzing problems and proposing solutions", the paper analyzes the current situation, the existed problems and the causes of MIS application in SME. What’s more, the paper finds out the demand point of MIS applications in SME. On the other hand, there is no ideal solution for the existed problems and the demands of MIS applications in SME at this stage. In view of these factors, the paper proposes a solution:Alibaba Group takes Ali cloud computing as the technical basis, integrates the business of each company from Alibaba Group, builds Ali cloud platform, and provides MIS based on Ali cloud platform and cloud computing operating mode to SME.Thesis study finds that MIS based on Ali cloud platform for SME has the following advantages in solving MIS application problems:(1) MIS Based on Ali cloud platform can take a good advantage of cloud computing and big data for SME to supply adjustable, flexible and customized service, which not only satisfy the elasticity and flexibility requirements for SME, but also effectively reduce the capital cost and human resources cost for SME.(2) MIS Based on Ali cloud platform for SME can make good use of big data technology to analyze operational information of SME converged by MIS, supplying more powerful, customized services.(3) Taking advantage of Ali cloud platform, Alibaba Group forms a support force for MIS, deepening cooperation and establishing an alliance between Alibaba Group and SME.The paper has the following two innovation aspects:(1) MIS Based on Ali cloud platform can solve single MIS problems, providing customized services, including financing services, high timeliness of supply chain solutions, clusters of strategic planning and human resource management support services for SME customers with the help of cloud computing and big data technologies.(2) MIS Based on Ali cloud platform also can supply stakeholder services from Alibaba business ecosystem for SME, individual sellers and consumers, collect and analyze MIS data, establish credit system for SME and individual users, supply financial service, at the same time, promote social and economic development.
