In the background of Big Data, along with the explosive growth of data and information network, the traditional model of enterprise IT already can’t keep up with the pace of informationization development, not only can constraints the development of enterprises, and even affect the survival of enterprises. At this point, enterprises must take the technical innovation and apply the new IT model, to improve the efficiency of enterprises, enhance their own competitiveness and create new value.Cloud computing is the latest technology achievements of the development of information technology in recent years, unlike traditional IT mode, it emphasizes a kind of new IT service mode based on Internet, according to different users’needs, provide different IT solutions, to help enterprises to improve their IT ability, make the process of informatization fast and simple, and has a low cost. Today, China’s enterprises have gradually began to explore a new mode of enterprise informatization based on cloud computing, the deep change of IT brought by cloud computing, will lead the future development trend of the IT field and offers the guarantee for the innovation of enterprise production mode.With the rapid development of cloud computing, it has also aroused the concern of the academic circles, and starts the specific research on it. From the existing literatures about cloud computing, which are mainly from the point of view of technology, focus on cloud computing technology pattern, mode of operation, the promotion of efficiency and reliability, for cloud computing research based on the enterprise vision has been modest, is still in its infancy. In addition, most of the research is only qualitative analysis based on logical reasoning and judgment, an empirical analysis of the lack of statistical data. Overall, research on cloud computing still exists the following problems:(1)From enterprise application perspective, we don’t know the characteristics of cloud computing technology; (2)The application of cloud computing will cause what kind of impact on the enterprise organization, the research on that is still a blank; (3) Research on cloud computing is still lack of empirical research based on statistical analysis.In the view of the above practical and theoretical background, this paper based on the theory of organizational change, study on the influence of cloud computing application on enterprise organizational change from the point of view of enterprise management, mainly including the following several aspects:(1) In the enterprise application perspective, what are the technical characteristics of cloud computing? (2) What will be the impact on its organization of enterprise application cloud computing? What kind of the trend change will Enterprise organization have? (3) Will the conclusions of empirical research be successful verification in real practice?From two aspects of theory and empirical, by synthetically use of literature research, statistical analysis and case analysis method, we carry on a further research on the relationship between cloud computing applications and enterprise organization change between the two variables each dimension. In this paper, the main research work and achievement are as follows:(1) Through literature review, we comb the concept, technical characteristics, deployment pattern classification and service level of cloud computing technology, and based on the enterprise application perspective and further summarizes the features of the new information technology IT cloud computing (technology outsourcing, dynamic configuration and technical compatibility), we point out the differences between it and the traditional IT technology, to provide a reference for the new research about cloud computing technology characteristics of the future. In addition, since the IT characteristics of cloud computing are the fundamental reason and the source of power to promote,this new technique to the IT enterprise application cloud computing. Which also defines the nature of enterprise cloud computing applications is for cloud computing innovation, causing the enterprise organizational change. This paper is based on the organizational change literature, defining the concept of the scope of the enterprise organizational change variables in the organizational structure of the enterprise, the strategy of enterprise organization and enterprise organization business process. But for the enterprise culture and the quality of the staff which have a longer change cycle, and more difficult to observe the statistical dimensions were not incorporated into the framework of this study.(2) Respectively defined in this paper, the concept of two research variables and dimensions, this study is based on modern theories of contingency, enterprise reengineering organizational change and organizational complexity theory and combined with technology innovation and dynamic capability theory, under the research framework of organization transformation of Robbins, build the concept model of cloud computing application on the research of the relationship between the enterprise organizational change, and by small sample survey and the large sample questionnaire survey of 38 enterprises in Shenyang, Dalian, Beijing and Shanghai, using SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 software for statistical analysis and test, the test results showed that:From the macro perspective, the application of cloud computing has a positive effect significant to organizational change; from the micro perspective, cloud computing technology outsourcing of application, dynamic configuration and technical compatibility respectively has significant positive effect on three dimensions of organizational change organizational structure change, which are organizational strategic change and organizational business process.(3) At the end of the study, by analyzing the typical cases of H companies to research the rationality of the model and the hypothesis in real practice, we further verify the correctness of the conclusion. From the typical case of H company analysis conclusion we can find:After H company upgrading in the application of cloud computing for information, the enterprise organization structure, enterprise strategy and the organization process the enterprise were greatly influenced, enterprises gain a competitive advantage through organizational reform to adapt to the change of the internal environment brought by the new IT technology. Overall, after the H company’s application of cloud computing, the change completely covered in this article, the empirical conclusions of this study have been successful in the real practice.In summary, this study clarifies the concept and connotation of cloud computing. From the perspective of enterprise application, it summarizes the technology characteristics of cloud computing, providing a new reference for future related research. From the point of view of enterprises, this paper studied the influence of cloud computing application on enterprise organizational change, explored and filled the blank research contents about cloud computing research field of enterprise management; using empirical statistical analysis method to test model of the application of cloud computing and enterprise organization change influence, and having enriched the research methods of cloud computing. In addition, the conclusion of this paper proved to be true is beneficial to provide some references for the cloud computing application practice of the enterprise and the cloud computing informationization development in China.
