Real estate marketing refers to that in the business competition, a series of activities which according to the market situation that to organize and manage enterprise to achieve the goal of sales and profit in the market, which is a important link in real estate business. This paper taking the Greenland International City as an example to discuss the real marketing strategy. Firstly, analyze the marketing environment of Greenland International City, introduce the development company and real estate project of Greenland International City, using PEST to analyze the macro environmental factors of the project, and research the future of the housing market, to provide a guarantee for the project of marketing strategy. Secondly, discuss the STP marketing strategy of the Greenland International City, analyze the market segmentation target customers and market positioning of the Greenland International City. Thirdly, raise the market strategy of the Greenland International City,take a series of research which including product positioning, planning strategies, price strategies, channel strategies, promotional strategies. The last, raise the safeguards of marketing strategies which including the purpose and principles of marketing strategies, sales control and periodical implementation strategies, the sales team building and management.
