Upon this, I design the questionnaire and collect data from the 4 parts “basic profile”, “work family conflict scale”, “occupational well-being scale” and “turnover intention scale”. The questionnaires are send out in electronic form, and get the data from overall 445 effective subjects. Through statistical analysis, the research conclusions are as follows:(1) Individual, family and work characteristics have no significantly different influence on work family conflict of new generation employees.(2) For the new generation employee, work family conflict is negatively related to the work happiness exists.(3) For the new generation employees, work family conflict has significantly positive effects to turnover intention.(4) For the new generation employees, there is significant negative correlation relationship between well-being and turnover intention.(5) For the new generation employees, occupational well-being plays partial intermediary role for work family conflict and turnover intention. On this basis, the paper puts forward some solutions and suggestions from the perspective of the enterprise and government, so that it can be helpful for new generation staffs to reduce work-family conflicts, increase occupational well-being and reduce turnover intention. Lastly, the lack of research in content and method and future research directions are also discussed.
