With the rapid development of China's economy,more and more enterprises are facing more and more pressure;As China enters the aging society,people are facing increasing pressure on families.However,the limited energy will lead to the conflict between work and family,the conflict may result in a decline in their work efficiency,family relations and other issues,in this conflict,employees need to balance the role of work and family.In order to achieve a balance between work and family,employees may choose to find new,less conflict with the work of the family.Based on this,this study from the perspective of the introduction of role conflict,work family conflict as intermediary variables,according to the logical thinking of "work pressure and work-family and conflict turnover intention",analyzing the relationship among the work pressure,work-family conflict and turnover intention,exploring the mechanism of the effect of job stress on employee turnover intention.In addition,The impact of job stress on turnover intention will be affected by employee's organizational satisfaction and organizational ownership,If the employee's sense of belonging and satisfaction is high,the influence of job stress and work family conflict on their turnover intention will decrease.because of this,this study,from the perspective of social support theory,introduces perceived organizational support as a moderator of the relationship between job stress and turnover intention,to analyze the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on job stress,work family conflict and turnover intention.in this connection,we conducted a questionnaire survey of 332 employees aged between 18 and 66,who are from 5 companies in Wuhan and Xiamen,China,and 1 colleges and Universities.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Job stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.2.Job stress has a positive effect on work-family conflict,but it has different effects on time conflict,stress conflict and behavior conflict between work-family conflict and family-work conflict.3.Perceived organizational support plays a moderating role in the relationship between job stress and work-family conflict.But it is only in the pressure of work and family-work conflict in the dimension of the conflict between the role of reverse regulation.That is,employees with high organizational support,the impact of job stress on the conflict in family-work conflict is lower than that of employees with low organizational support.4.Work-family conflict positively influence employee turnover intention.The time conflict,conflict and behavior conflict of family-work conflict have positive influence on turnover intention.The time conflict in conflict of work-family conflict and pressure conflict had no significant effect on turnover intention.While behavioral conflict in conflict of work-family conflict has reverse affects on turnover intention.5.Job stress indirectly affects turnover intention through work-family conflict.Job stress positively affects turnover intention through work-family conflict.However,job stress negatively affects turnover intention through the conflict of work-family conflict.6.Perceived organizational support plays a moderating role in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention.Low organizational support employee job stress have higher positive effect on turnover intention.
