With the development of knowledge economy,the work-family conflict of knowledge workers has become increasingly prominent.Knowledge worker's work-family life can be effected by work family conflict,Turnover intention and organizational commitment.The effects on the human resource management methods and ideas are also put forward new challenges.Therefore,the study of the relationship between the work family conflict,organizational commitment and turnover intention of knowledge workers is of practical significance to the employees,enterprises and even the whole society.This paper is based on the knowledge workers as the object,whether the work family conflict of knowledge worker in China background will affect the employee turnover intention,as well as the influence of organizational commitment of knowledge workers work family conflict and turnover intention relationship.Hoping to find a reduction of knowledge type staff turnover rate,for enterprises to improve performance,attract talent,retain the elite provides a reference from the study.This paper is divided into two parts:Theory research and empirical analysis,in the theory part,we discuss the relationship among work family conflict,Turnover intention and organizational commitment,build the model and assume based on literature results of research and analysis.The empirical part,based on samples,we analysis the relationship between the three using SPSS22.0,the conclusions can be stated as:work family conflict(work family conflict WFC?work-family conflict WIF?family-work conflict FIW)show significant positive impact on turnover intention;organizational commitment(organizational commitment?emotional commitment?continuance commitment? normative commitment)show significant negative impact on turnover intention;work family conflict WFC ?work-family conflict WIF ?family-work conflict FIW show significant positive impact on continuance commitment,family-work conflict FIW show significant positive impact on organizational commitment;continuance commitment plays a partial mediating role betweenwork family conflict WFC?work-family WIF?family-work FIW and turnover intention,organizational commitment plays a partial mediating role between family-work FIW and turnover intention.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward the corresponding management recommendations,and the shortage of this research and prospect.
