MOOC received wide attention at home and abroad in recent years. MOOC, that Massive Open Online Course, using modern information technologies, adapt to the trend of the times, will have good prospects in the future. But there is still no real profitable a MOOC platform, only to find the right business model to sustain its MOOC sustained and healthy development. At this stage, the relevant literature on MOOC’s profit model is rarely, or lack of system thinking, or analyze content too far behind, can’t keep up with the development of the MOOC.Using the literature research, qualitative analysis, systems analysis and case studies, theoretical basis for analysis of profit models, and profit-making mode analysis of three key factors: customer value, operational activities and profits. From these three key factors analysis MOOC’s profit model and MOOC’s profit model put forward four issues to consider: over-reliance on finance, there are some limitations on MOOC’s platforms and courses, and the conflict of the traditional education system. Also to typical--Coursera MOOC platform for analysis and evidence theory.Paper get of research conclusions and the results main is: profit mode is a organic dynamic of system, profit mode good and bad of measure cannot directly see profit sources, needs from profit points, and customer value, and operating activities three key links to analysis; in recent years MOOC develops quickly of main causes has: by all popularity, and teaching form and assessment way of change and external factors of effects; due to the MOOC of particularity led to has it also potential has many other of profit sources, such as advertising fee, and expert advisory fee, and Professional counselling, special training programmes and personnel referral fees, etc. MOOC to sought more long-term of development, must solution following several aspects: in the innovation of customer value, needs using the MOOC platform itself of rich data of advantage, depth dug according to user of learning behavior and habits, to provides similar services just like enhanced customer experience and the provides mixed type learning way of service, while strengthened creativity of training; in the innovation of operating activities, need to strengthen the relationship and cooperation, not only in cooperation with universities, you also need to collaborate with local governments or with the community, businesses and organizations, and not only in traditional channels to promote, also needs new marketing platforms to market and gain more users; in the innovation of profit points, needs breakthrough traditional profit thinking, reference Internet enterprise’s other profit mode, looking for profit breakthrough.
