Research On Multi-Objective Optimization Of Land Use Structure Based On Resources Value --A Case Study In Mengzhou City

With the New urbanization continuing to promote and the scale of constructed land continuing to be large, the ecological environment is being damaged in some degree. Land resources is the basic resources for the survival of human society. As the scarce resources to the survival of mankind, land resources has the value with rich content. With analysising the internal structure of land use system and defining the objection of sustainable land use, and optimizing the land use structure based on accounting the and resources value, to achieve the optional allocation of scarce land resources among the various industries、 departments and regions of national economy. This paper starts from land resources value, and combines with land use structure with land resources value, explores the meaning of land resource value to build multi-target coupling system of land use and land resource accounting value used to construct the outcome of land use structure optimization objective function and constraints, and then combined with the studying area actual policy conditions to quantify the policy of people linked to land, used as urban land constraints, aims to establish accounting of land use structure optimization model based on resource value, finding the optimal land use the decision-making endowment programs which reflects regional characteristics to promote conservation and intensive use of land resources, to achieve the harmony of environment、society and economy.Firstly, this paper introduces the value of the connotation of land resources, and the accounting methods began to introduce, systematically expounded the theory of the value of land resources, land location theory,people coordinates with land theory, the theory of sustainable development, people linked to land policies for land use types and land value accounting construction of the use of optimization models provide a theoretical basis. Secondly, through the interpretation of multi-objective planning theory, building the land-use multi-target coupling model, the results will be worth planning resource accounting coupled with multi-objective optimization of land use structure to build models and choose the maximum value for the target integrated resource model was solved.This paper discusses the accounting resource optimization mode based on value of the land use structure, it can improve the existing land-use planning system, the choice of land use classification system to investigate the use of land-use changes to the classification system, and is currently being implemented the Mengzhou people linked to land policies, structural optimization of land use structure more realistic, provide a reference for the promotion of sustainable development in the area of ecological, social, economic, increase green GDP, maintenance of ecological safety has important reference valueto the other similar areas to Mengzhou.
