Study On The Cili County Cultivation Of Talents Of Agricultural Scientific And Technological Extension

Popularizing agricultural science and technology talents is a branch of all personnel in our country, the group of which has its certain particularity, they service for the promotion of agricultural technology and the development of science and technology, represent the advanced productive forces of the rural development of agricultural science and technology, and play a very important role in the promotion of scientific and technological innovation. As a world-class agricultural country, "the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area 1" has always plagued China’s economic and social development, which need to depend on the development of science and technology as a strategical support, developing enough talents for agricultural science and technology service is the key of the current agricultural science and technology development, promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances is the trend of world agricultural development.But the present situation of the science and technology promotion talents training in rural area is not very ideal, many of the existing extension workers’ own quality is not high, all the training work is faced with difficulties, a large number of high-quality popularizing agricultural science and technology talents outflow the rural in the wave of reform and opening up, which caused the talent structure unreasonable, regional distribution imbalance. Therefore, the rural economic development and the progress of agricultural science and technology are restricted, affecting the construction of new socialist rural aea in China.This study analyzes the present situation and demand of rural science and technology promotion personnel, takes rural science and technology promotion personnel as the as the research object, cili county, and the Cili county in Hunan province is taken as the research prototype. From the theory of human resources development, specific study on the cultivation of the agricultural science and technology popularization will be carried out. The study analyzes the current situation of the development structure of science and technology promotion talents in Cili county, including the regional distribution, cultivation mechanism etc. thus puts forward the way and methods of the optimization of agricultural science and technology populization of talent cultivation mechanism.
