As China is an agricultural country, adjustment of the modern agricultural production pattern has put forward a new demand for circulation pattern of the traditional agricultural products. How to guarantee each node’s delivery of agricultural products is related to the economic profits of the total agricultural production chains, which requires that the supply network’s node of each agricultural product should consider the total profits and draw up influencing factor of the circulation.However, fresh agricultural products, belonging to perishable items, owns higher average attrition rate and shorter product cycle in practical production and sales. Besides, modern refrigerated logistics, drawing up scientific distribution mode, optimizing pattern of supply network and leading third-party recycling pattern will also concern the increment of fresh agricultural products and the increasing income of farmers.A full assessment on the basis of the flow characteristic of fresh agricultural products, by using the behavioral economics, system dynamics and complex network, this article develops the evolution model of supply network based on altruistic preferences, which is used to show the " supplier-retailer " profits relationship and the profits of the total supply chains. Besides, it solves the newsvendor problem in the two-level supply network structure by using Logit selection method, as a result, we can help network’s node to describe the price and imports. The study considers that the self-organizational and symbiosis lead to the complexity of supply networks. At the same time, these characteristics illustrate the maintenance of the corporate relationships among supply networks. For the profit and stability of the supply network are the two important objectives of the whole supply network evaluation. The cost of the supply network operation is the significant constraint of the whole supply network partner selection. By the evaluation and selection of the whole supply network partners, it can improves the efficiency of the whole supply networks and makes the supply networks operate under the lower cost and high efficiency for a long time. The article takes advantage of the multi-objective optimization to implement the partner selection. By the establishment of the multi-objective selection decision model and Z-Score method, we can describe the problem of the supply network partnership optimization and apply the self-adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problem. Concerning th perishable characteristics of the fresh agricultural products, the article also introduces th third party recovery mechanism on the basis of Stackelberg equilibrium decision an constructs three-level reverse closed loop supply network based on "supplier-retailer-thin party" after full consideration of joint pricing decisions of suppliers.On one hand, the research can supply theory for forward and reverse evolution of fresl agricultural products by using system dynamics and provides a valuable reference to th price management of economic entity and practice application of recovery mechanism. O the other hand, it may also provide new methods and thoughts for agricultural enterprise who use altruistic mechanism to increase the total profits of supply network. Because o this, it not only assure the profits of agricultural enterprises which is of the essence, but als improve the profits of farmers and agricultural products agencies. The article introduces simulation example in the period of the model’s evolution in order to explain the practica values of the evolution.
