First analyzes the influential elements of the low efficiency of manual picking, the main factors to picking travel time, empty carton recycling and turnover, adopting automatic picking method save travel time, and empty carton for automatic recovery, to achieve simple operation, inexperienced temporary also can finish picking job accurately, thus improve the picking efficiency. And then analysis of the influencing factors of non-standard goods package, the main factors for goods attribute, and logistics transportation, adopting Replacement for unified plastic box and SRP technology, to achieve uniform-sized packaging and improve efficiency of change box. Finally analyze the factors influencing the order consolidation difficulties, the main factors for the completion time of the long tail orders, or order break-up operation area and,randomness of trans-regional order,adopting automatic merge order strategy to speed up the long tail order completion time, reduce the order break-up operation area, reduce the randomness of trans-regional order, thus improve the efficiency of merge order.
