The studies have found that, the starting point of the new generation of migrant workers employment flow are low starting point of employment, weak market position, and the reasons behind path dependence are mainly the low initiative, low social support network and negative life events in their life courses; root Nirvana because of high positivity and strong social support network in life course. And the structural difficulties of the new generation of migrant workers’ upward employment flow are mainly reflected in the structural elements of the household registration system, lack of employment promotion mechanism and poor social environment; and the dilemma of subjectivity mainly reflected in poor personal initiative, weak human capital and social capital and weak psychological quality.
