The new generation of migrant workers include both the “post-80s” and “post-90s” who are currently entering the city from the countryside,as well as the newly-emerged “post-00” migrant workers,as well as the working-age labor that the migrant worker couples gave birth in the city.It can also be said that the agricultural populations who born in the 1980 s and had non-agricultural employment in other cities and towns.Helping new generation of migrant workers to integrate into cities can improve the imbalance caused by the urban-rural dual system in the past and make up for the rights of new generation of migrant workers to enjoy social public services.It also can realize socialist fairness and justice,and promote China's urbanization development.It has a major impact on the future economic,social structure and national development.This paper collects data from the questionnaire survey of the new generation of migrant workers in Yantai City,and use SPSS 25.0 for standardized statistics.Use regression analysis and factor analysis to study the factors affecting the integration of new generation of migrant workers into cities and and its degree of influence.The integration of new generation of migrant workers into the city is affected by economic,social life,institutions,cultural psychology,and working hours in Yantai.The higher their degree of institutional integration,economic integration,and social life integration,the greater possibility of settled in Yantai,the lower the degree of cultural psychology integration,the less possibility of settled in Yantai.The longer they work in Yantai,the greater possibility of settlement.In the process of integrating into Yantai,the new generation of migrant workers are faced with obstacles in economic,social systems,social life,and cultural psychology,including low income,hard life expenditures,and difficulties in buying houses.The land system is imperfect,the housing site cannot be abandoned,the socia l security awareness is weak,the children's education system causes education inequality,and cannot enjoy preferential housing policies.Weak legal awareness,inadequate vocational skills,imperfect training systems,discrimination by residents,psycholo gical problems of children,and social life issues.In response to these obstacles,the government,social organizations,the new generation of migrant workers themselves,and urban residents should make efforts to improve this situation.In terms of employment,the new generation of migrant workers themselves actively participate in vocational skills training to enhance their employability,the government strengthens supervision,protects the legitimate rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers,and encourages entrepreneurship.Eliminate differential treatment in relevant government policies and policies,give appropriate policy support to new generation of migrant workers.Give full play to the role of communities and social organizatio ns,organize attractive activities,and help new generation of migrant workers integrate into urban life as soon as possible.In terms of cultural and psychology,help the new generation of migrant workers to enhance their cultural literacy and self-confidence,obtain urban identity,and eliminate the prejudice and discrimination of urban residents.
