Shandong Post as a subsidiary of China Post, for many years, the annual business income ranks with the industry the top five, in order to realize the sustainable development of postal, Shandong Post in to the community to provide universal service at the same time, accelerate the corporate restructuring, through the implementation of the national strategy of the Internet, and actively promote the "postal+Internet" mode, and strive to build a convenient and intelligent platform for enterprise of Shandong Post. In the past few years, Shandong post is facing new opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, China’s economic development into the new normal, to the transfer of the way to adjust the structure of the time and space, but also to the post of reform and innovation to create a good macro environment. The Internet is creating new formats, new economic growth points and new industries, to provide a new mode of thinking, technical tools and practice of the post transition. Central importance to agriculture, rural areas, the construction of modern public cultural service system and the development of rural electricity suppliers to provide an opportunity for the development of the transformation of the post. On the other hand, the downward pressure on the economy, the economic and consumer activity is affected. According to the requirements and objectives of this transition, the future development and adjustment of the direction and requirements for the future development and adjustment of the postal customers are analyzed.Finally, based on the analysis and discussion of the various problems of postal development and customer management proposed constructive plan, focus on take the customer as the center of a study on the transformation and development, respectively by the customer management, e-commerce, online marketing comprehensive optimization improvement of Shandong Post to clients as the center of restructuring and development work. The past simply to the product as the center to the customer as the center change, through the analysis of customers, business innovation, marketing and other ways to achieve a better and faster development of Shandong post.The purpose of this study is to through the research of the development strategy of Shandong postal enterprises, product management, marketing restructuring and development requirements, to find new growth point in the postal business in the fierce competition in the market, identify the location, the traditional postal customers, channel resources to consolidate and come out to play, and enhance their core competitiveness, focus and improve the customer experience, and promote enterprise go on "by the service to open up the market, rely on the service strength, rely on the service brand, win the competition by service" development road. Conform to the Internet era and post specialization development requirements of the times, adhere to the overall tone of steady growth, quality and efficiency, to establish the Internet thinking, strengthen customer for the lead, to achieve revenue of rapid growth.
