In recent years, as the price of live pig fluctuated frequently, the development of the pig industry is seriously affected. In order to promote the pig industry growth steadily, protect the legal advantage of pork producers and consumers, achieve the equilibration between supplying and demanding market of live pig, a series of regulatory policy has issued. Refer to the production of live pigs, Sichuan Province ranked first in china, it has played an irreplaceable role in stabilizing the pig market and guaranteeing the supply of pork. Under the current situation of development of the live pig industry, it is necessary to understand the subsidy policy on propagating and actualizing between scale farmers and backyard households in Sichuan province.In this paper, we select Sichuan province as the research scope, on the base of practical survey and according to the data of questionnaire survey and interview, we fully understand the situation of subsidy policy on propagating and actualizing between scale farmers and backyard households. With regard to the issue of subsidy policy on propagating and actualizing, feasible solution put forward. Meanwhile according to behavioral decision theory, theory of producer behavior, public finance theory, be pig farmers in Sichuan satisfaction subsidy policy analysis, policy implementation based on feedback, making adjustments in the formulation and implementation of pigs subsidy policies.According to the investigation of subsidy policy in pig industrial in Sichuan province, we found that there are some problems existing in policy-making, policy-propagating and policy-implementin. On the basis of research status Sichuan pig subsidy policy implementation, focusing analysis scale farmers and backyard farmers satisfaction with the existing subsidy policy will be more realistic. Finally, from the perspective of scale farmers and backyard households, with regard to existing problems and deficiencies in the subsidy policy, we put forward reasonable suggestions; moreover, made a great effort to help pig breeding farmers to correctly interpret the subsidies policy of pig industry, adjust the breeding behavior, avoid the risk and establish reasonable expectations of pig market.
