The human’s production survival and development must base on land which is a general object of human labor and the most important and the most valuable wealth of natural resources and can’t be replaced.Farm land is the basis of human survival and the safeguard.Along with the processing of industrialization and urbanization,industrial transportation residential and urban construction take up a lot of land resources,especially farmland.Economical and intensive use of land is the only way to make in order to promote economic growth and build a socialist economy type society.Urban land intensive utilization evaluation, not only can intuitively understand the urban land intensive utilization degree,but also can fully understand more extensive land use such as excessive use of problems,help to realize the orderly supply of land resources and optimize configuration and promote sustainable utilization of land resources.In this paper, study on the past, on the basis of deep analysis Nei jiang land use present situation and existing problems.On the basis of scientific,systematic,gradation, regional characteristic, and operability and comparability principle.From the input intensity of land use. land use degree, land output effect, the condition of sustainable land use build Nei jiang urban land intensive utilization evaluation index system.By using entropy method to determine the weight of indexes and comprehensive analysis of building the appraisal model of urban land intensive degree and intensity is calculated,main conclusions are as follows:(1)construction land area extend to 45.2 km2 of Nei jiang city. A huge increase in urban construction land demand and a massive amount of arable land is usaged aroud the city.(2)Nei jiang city land intensive utilization degree is rising.Nei jiang city land intensive utilization degree of relatively growed slowly from 2002 to 2008 and the overall level bellows 0.4.Nei jiang city land intensive utilization degree increased quickly form 2009 and above 0.4.Nei jiang city land intensive utilization degree in the intensive use and Excessive use of development state from 2010.(3) we should do from Scientific and reasonable planning,urban land consolidation, system improved,perfecting feedback mechanism,increasing the intensity of land illegal investigation,perfecing the land market optimizat of urban land use structure to promot Nei jiang city land intensive use.
