Research On The Intensive Utilization Evaluation Of Agriculture Land

Agricultural production is mainly rely on land,agricultural land is the key part of the territorial resources.China has large population and small arable land, therefore, the resource per person is relatively lacking and and cultivated land reserve resources is inadequate,all that is its essential condition. Now our agricultural land protecting and supplying face intense pressure from our methods of land use which is extensive,also because of the increasing demand of land.In the process of urbanization,to make a sustainable development of both agricultural land and urban construction,operation and management of agricultural land must transform form extensive mode to intensive mode.Yichang city is a representative of mid-China’s integrated and complex hilly landscape.This paper includes four parts.the first part is primary introducing background and significance of this research and sketching the current situation studying at home and abroad, have listed the main body of a book go into content, method and the thesis frame structure.The second part include section 2 and section 3.The author simply indicate connotation and related concept of agricultural land,and also introduce interrelated theory basis of agricultural land intensive utilization,then set up the evaluation system of agricultural land intensive utilization based on these theories.It mainly introduced 5 basic theories such as rent theory, agricultural location theory, law of diminishing returns,the Sustainable Development theory and intensive management theory.Under this premise,design the evaluation system of agricultural land intensive utilization by the comprehending of four factors.and calculate the weight of each index through the entropy method.The third part is regarding the forth and fifth chapter. it listed actual data of agriculture land environment in Yichang. By the method described above,to do a appraisal empirical study taking Yichang city as an example.The evaluation result indicated that the agricultural land intensive utilization degree of Yichang city are increased steadily over the time by 15 years.The calculated data accord with the realities which can indicate the promoting present economical level.The most important indicator is economic indicator by analyzing the evaluation index weight of these seventeen indicators,it displays how essential is state macro-control to land use.In a conclusion,the author give the agricultural land intensive use to table a proposal of providing reference and reference for land use.The forth part is referring to the conclusion of chapter 6. it has made a statement and summary of the theory,also point out the creative,successful and limited elements of this research.
