The outlets are very important to commercial bank in the long run,they are the most important carriers which can provide financial products and service to clients of banks.Because of the complication of the market environment, the competition between commercial banks become more fierce.Then the banks focused on the resource allocation of their outlets in order to improve market competitiveness.Managing is getting harder as the outlets are more.Some bank outlets’performance is terrible because of the inefficient resource allocation.Efficient resource allocation based on fully understanding of banks’ financial products and service and the resources.In this thesis, the resource allocation of JK outlet of Xi’an Branch of XY Bank is the main studying subject which adopted the Quantitative Research Methods.The data and materials are collected through observation and questionnaire and the data are dealt with SPSS.The author used Boston Matrix model to analyze its main business at present and SWOT model to analyze its resources.On the basis of its internal strengths and weaknesses, market opportunities, and external threats,The author proposed programme of resource allocation about JK.This project include two parts:The entity banking and electronic banking.What this study was trying to do is helping XY bank to achieve its goal through optimizing the distribution of resources. |
