The increasing rise of Internet finance has brought historical opportunities in China’s traditional commercial banks in the new era,and it has brought unprecedented challenges.Based on this,this paper analyzes the impact of Internet finance on the allocation of human resources in bank outlets to solve the difficult problems of human resources optimization that commercial banks pay attention to.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of human resources allocation in bank outlets under the background of Internet finance,and analyzes the optimization of human resources allocation of Bank A S Branch under the background of Internet finance with SWOT-analytic hierarchy process.Strategy.According to the strategy selection,the optimization strategy of human resources allocation of Bank A branch based on the principle of big data and cross-border thinking is proposed,including: optimization of the total number of outlets,optimization of outlets,integration of outlets,and optimization of operation mode.Staffing,upgrading post matching mode and developing and cultivating Internet financial technology compound talents.The above strategy proposes to provide ideas and paths for realizing the optimal allocation of human resources of Bank A branch in the background of Internet finance,in order to meet the needs of the development of the times and achieve efficient development.The main work of this paper is:Firstly,it analyzes the background,significance,purpose and content,ideas and methods of the research.From the concept of human resource allocation and human resource equivalent,it analyzes the connotation and concept of human resource allocation,and the human-job and person-organization according to human resource allocation.Matching theory,analyzing the theoretical basis of human resource allocation application,and introducing the research status at home and abroad.Then the SWOT-AHP model is discussed,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the full text.Through the actual data,the status quo and existing problems of the human resources of Bank A branch of Bank A are analyzed in detail,and the causes of the existing problems are analyzed,which provides a reference for the optimization strategy.Aiming at the optimization strategy of human resources allocation of Bank A S branch under the background of internet finance,SWOT and AHP are analyzed respectively,and according to the SWOT-AHP model,the optimization strategy of A bank’s human resource allocation is proposed.According to the strategy,safeguard measures are proposed,such as centralized processing of time-consuming services for advancing outlets,establishment of unified adjustment and flexible scheduling system for outlets,and establishment of branches for mobile tellers and mobile operations.Finally,the paper summarizes the content of the full text,and forecasts the development trend and future prospects of commercial bank outlets under the background of internet finance.
