| From 2005 to 2014, Hanzhong Cigarette Factory has developed greatly along with the rapid development of China’s tobacco industry. But faced with the changing external environment and weakness in internal management of its own, Hanzhong Cigarette Factory has been overtaken by other enterprise in the tobacco industry, so it is urgent for Hanzhong Cigarette Factory to adjust and change the existing mode of production. In 2014, it resolved some issues by introducing Lean Production, but the overall effect was poor. The problems are still outstanding in production planning, equipment management, inventory control, improve management, system construction, personnel training and information system applications. The management refinement level needs further improvement.Based on the optimization of Hanzhong Cigarette Factory’s lean production mode as the selected topic, the introduction lean production theory for reference and referring, it is clear in the connotation and the main content of lean production. It also summarizes different views of scholars on lean production and application fields of various lean methods and tools. Then based on the actual situation of Hanzhong Cigarette Factory, it systematically inspects and analyzes the status quo of lean production, pointing out the existing shortages, and the cause of the problems are summarized including structural waste and inefficiency. Around the existing problems, and based on the principle of facts, constant feedback and optimization, the system of Hanzhong Cigarette Factory’s lean production is specifically optimized from the organization, functions responsibilities, production layout, production planning, wrapping and silk sectors, equipment management, system integration and the use of improved tools. Then, specific optimization measures are put forward. Finally, this paper specifies the implementation of the principle and the procedure, along with proposing the corresponding guarantee measures. |
