Research On New Energy Construction In Rural Areas Of Shanxi Province

Energy is a country’s important economic resources, political resources and strategic resources。It is promote the sustainable development of the country’s social and economic power. Rural energy is an important part of China’s energy system. With the development of the rural economy and the income level of the farmers, the farmers’ demand for energy in production and life is increasing. In reality, the energy consumption in rural area of extreme waste and energy use low efficiency phenomenon exists generally, unreasonable energy consumption of the rural ecological environment caused great pressure, is a serious threat to the ecological environment in rural areas. At present, our country is in the key period of social transformation, especially in the construction of new rural major strategic initiatives, how to effectively develop and use the new energy in rural areas is to promote the comprehensive construction of a new socialist countryside.This paper takes the new energy of Shanxi Province as the research object, using the method of literature review, field investigation and system analysis to analyze the development of new energy industry in Shanxi Province, and points out the main problems of the new energy industry in Shanxi province.we should strengthen the importance of the new rural construction, improve the policy and legal system, construct effective personnel training and incentive system, adopt active fiscal policy, support the development of new energy industry, adjust industrial structure, perfect supporting measures and so on, to realize the sustainable development of rural economy in Shanxi province.
