Research On Automobile Industry Security Evaluation Of China

Automobile industry is a pillar industry of China, and it has important influence on the development of national economy. Since the 21st century, the automobile industry of China has maintained rapid development, and yielded fruitful achievements. China has already become a big country in automobile industry. However, we won the quantity but not the quality. The comprehensive strength of the automobile industry is still too weak in China when compared with the developed countries. In the context of economic globalization, there’s no doubt that China’s automobile industry should participate in the international economy with increasingly drastic competition. In order to maintain the healthy development of our own, we should attach great importance to the industrial security issues.Based on the situation above, after learning and absorbing the existing research results related to automobile industry security extensively, the thesis researched on the automobile industrial security evaluation of China, with the integrated use of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, as well as normative analysis and empirical analysis. First of all, this thesis summarized the economic characteristics of the automobile industry of China, as well as the development course and current situation. Then combining the connotation of the automobile industrial security, it summarized the important factors that affecting the automobile industrial security. Secondly, the thesis constructed the general evaluation index system by the "pressure-state-response" (PSR) evaluation model. In order to make the index system more practical, it was simplified into an index system composed of seven evaluation indices according to certain principles.Thirdly, based on the evaluation index system and the reference of existing research results, the thesis established the linear evaluation model for industrial security evaluation, and adjusted the evaluation model according to the automobile industry’s own attributes. Combined with the existing research results and practical experience, the thesis determined the standard value of the evaluation indices, and then established functions to standardize the original data of each index. Meanwhile, it gave the weights to evaluation indexes mainly by the method of expert interview and literature research. After all the above, the security degree of automobile industry was figured out. After summarizing the main problems of the automobile industry in China on the basis of comprehensive analysis to the evaluation result, it then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide references for maintaining security of automobile industry in China. At last, it came to the conclusion and defect analysis, also put forward some new ideas in order to enrich related theory and practice.
