SiChuan CMT Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan China Mobile. SiChuan CMT Corporation has been engaged in engineering construction associated with the communications industry. In recent years, the corporation has gradually deal with the maintenance and optimization of mobile communication network, System Integration, and so on. At the same time, the development of the corporation was under the influence and limit of many factors. For example, how to optimize the allocation of resources between multiple projects or projects group to exploit the benefit of resource to the utmost, how to ensure that project implementation agree with the longrange goals, how to realize the fine and standardized manage. All these questions will take new challenge for the project management of the corporation.At present, SiChuan CMT Corporation basically adopts the traditional project management model, stays in the distributed management of single project.
