Financial leasing has a long history of development. It was introduced into China since the 1980s, when China’s reform and opening-up was being implemented. Society has undergone tremendous change and rapid economic growth. Financial leasing with its special features acted as the role of a catalyst in the process of China’s economic development, and became one of the industries indispensable to China’s economy.Currently, the development of financial leasing industry in China remains a little problem, but on the whole, the prototype about subjective and objective conditions of financial leasing, continuing to flourish in a timely manner, has emerged. Chinese economy is undergoing institutional adjustment. The expected future development prospects of China’s financial leasing should belong can be expected.With the expansion of business scale of financial leasing, financial leasing companies are also facing the problem of shortage of funds, in order to ensure the normal operation of financial leasing companies, the deal of financial leasing claims emerged. In the current financial environment in China, not all trading patterns of financial leasing claims are suitable for a variety of leasing project. Due to the different groups of financial leasing services, according different projects, financial leasing companies should adopt different trading patterns of financial leasing claims.This paper takes the credit transfer of the small and medium enterprise financial leasing project as the main research object and adopts the normative research method. The main line of the research is based on the relevant theory of the development of the financial leasing which is raised by domestic and foreign experts and scholars, and systematically combs the development of Chinese financial leasing industry. Based on the current development of financial leasing industry, six trading patterns of financial leasing claims are introduced, and from the point of the SME leasing project claims trading, the corresponding analysis of these kinds of creditor’s transaction modes is carried out. In view of the trend of combination between the field of Internet and the industry of financial entities, the emphasis is on the promotion of the financial leasing transaction model. And the Internet financial leasing transaction platform--e rent treasure, for example, the Internet leasing transaction mode is introduced in detail. Finally, from the perspective of the risk control of internet financial leasing transactions, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
