Research On Financing Strategy Of Small And Medium Sized Scientific And Technological Enterprises In Tianjin

At present, China is in a critical period of economic transformation and upgrading, in the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen, the Party Central Committee to make innovative development strategy deployment, sounded the new economic development of our country rely on innovation driven development of new horn. Innovation driven, science and technology has become the fundamental way out of the current economic restructuring and development. Tianjin coincided with the development and opening of Binhai New Area, Beijing, Tianjin and the joint development, construction of a free trade area, national independent innovation and area road construction five overlay major historical opportunity, the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology as an important carrier of innovation and development and Tianjin seize five strategic opportunities an important focal point. Therefore, under the current background, the research on the financing problem of small and medium enterprises in Tianjin City, and the coping strategies, to promote scientific and technological enterprises to get rid of the crisis of survival,and to make a strong and big, to promote Tianjin and even the whole country to achieve innovation driven economic transformation and upgrading have strategic significance.This article mainly uses the method of qualitative research:first, through reviewing and combing the domestic and foreign research on the financing of small and medium sized enterprises. Secondly, combined with the current macro policy environment, the concept of scientific and technological small and medium enterprises to define and explain the financing system of small and medium enterprises of science and technology. Thirdly, through the description of the overall development of Tianjin science and technology SMEs, summarized the development law and characteristics of scientific and technological small and medium sized enterprises, analyzes the problems encountered in the financing process, and concludes that the main reasons of the difficulties in financing of SMEs include the construction of enterprise system, the lack of financial institutions, the lack of government policies, the development of multi-level capital market, the environment of venture capital and so on.
