Research On The Supporting Factors Of Technological Innovation Of Small And Medium-sized Scientific And Technologicalp Enterprises

In recent years,"Innovation","Entrepreneurship" has gradually become the popular keywords.Innovation drives economy develops,and establishing an innovative country has also become a main goal of economic,scientific and technological,and social development of our country.As a force to realize innovation development and establish the national innovation system in our country,small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,made the rapid development and also have been paid continuous attention at present.This thesis extensively learnt research results at home and abroad,through applying the technological innovation management theory and the enterprise strategic management theory,and closely combines the characteristics and current situation of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,theoretically discusses and empirically studies the internal and external key factors to promoting the technological innovation of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.Firstly,the thesis combs the relevant theories of technological innovation research of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises and discusses the connotation,extension and characteristics of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.Then it expounds the mechanism of enterprise technological innovation from various perspectives,such as technological innovation process,cycle stage,innovation ability and innovation performance.And based on the value chain theory,it comes up with the composition of technological innovation supporting system of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.Secondly,the thesis exhaustively analyzes the internal supporting factors(such as entrepreneur and entrepreneur's spirit,the innovation ability of enterprise R&D team and innovation culture within the enterprise)and external supporting factors(such as financing convenience,political and legal environment,social intermediary service,industrial cluster environment and social innovation culture)of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,discusses the connotation and function of the above supporting factors and its supporting function to the technological innovation of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical discussion and qualitative analysis,this thesis takes Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone as an empirical object to carry out the research.The questionnaire and preliminary model of the research on the supporting factors of technological innovation in small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises were designed,targeted conducting the survey,and the questionnaire was statistical analyzed by SPSS software.The thesis verified and corrected the model,and made evaluation analysis.The empirical research shows that there are significant positive correlations among internal and external supporting factors of technological innovation and innovation performance in small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.Among these,most of the external supporting factors have obvious effects on innovation performance through internal supporting factors.It test and demonstrated the basic assumptions about the internal and external supporting factors of technological innovation and their mutual relations in small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises this thesis construct.This thesis then based on it,put forward the measures and suggestions to promote the internal and external supporting factors of technological innovation of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.
