Automotive Enterprise Credit Rating Model Research

At current era, low-carbon economy has become an irreversible trend and China’s economy is also in the process of transition to a low carbon economy. The development of low-carbon economy requires financial support, our banks and other financial institutions are also aware of this and have launched a green credit business. But now business low-carbon environmental indicators are not included in the traditional credit rating index system, then there is not a unified and feasible evaluation criteria during the process of green bank credit assessment, which makes the smooth development of green credit have some difficulty. Our country is a large car-sale country, car industry is a kind of industry with high degree of modernization and plays an important role in China’s economic system. And the promotion of new energy car enterprise is an important measure to develop China’s low-carbon economy. According to this, this paper takes automotive enterprise as an example and add low carbon environmental index into traditional credit rating index system to research the establishment of new credit rating model under the background of low-carbon economy.Firstly this paper expounds the concept and theory of traditional credit rating comprehensively; Secondly, it analyzes the new demands of credit rating of automotive enterprise with background of low-carbon, establishes a rating index system pointing to characteristics of the automotive enterprise and applying the AHP to get weight of every index in index system, completing the establishment of a new rating models; then, using the established model to analyze the credit situation of BYD Company and obtain the results of credit rating; Finally analyze the applications difficulty of the rating model under background of low-carbon economy and give applying advice from many different dimensions. Pointing at characteristics of China’s automotive enterprise, three types of indicators including implementation of energy conservation, low carbon enterprise culture construction, present situation of new energy automotive products are added into the traditional credit rating index to assess enterprises’credit status of green businesses comprehensively. I hope that this paper can provide a profitable reference for the evaluation of credit rating of automotive enterprise with the background of low carbon.
