Since China’s reform and opening up, with the support of national policy, China’s color TV enterprises gradually grow, occupies an important position in the market both at home and abroad. But starting in 2014, as the color TV industry shrinking market size,color TV enterprises to continue to survive, in addition to products to continuous innovation, while maintaining the product differentiation, bitter internal work, need to focus on improve the internal management efficiency, particularly in terms of supply chain inventory management. Now companies are often heavy sales and ignore the internal management, inventory remains too high level for a long time, turnover rate is low, the precious capital, space occupied, weakened the competitiveness of the enterprises.This thesis research by the company is a large domestic appliance manufacturer, is currently been beset by high inventory in the supply chain. Purpose of this study is based on the related theory of supply chain and supply chain inventory management related theory, through the analysis of Q company in the supply chain and Q inside the company strategy, business operation, management status to analyze the characteristics of supply chain and inventory management problems, develop a suitable for optimization of supply chain inventory management of the enterprise, improve the competitiveness of Q company. Refer to and refer to a large number of theoretical academic data at home and abroad, and domestic color TV industry research report, by the combination of theory with practice, the optimization of supply chain of Q company on deep thinking. In this paper, based on China’s color TV industry by suppliers,manufacturers, distributors, retailers and customers market consisting of five supply chain inventory management of Q company as the background to study the optimization problem. Through research, enormous fg inventory is caused by multiple prediction and multiple replenishment orders, bullwhip effect explain the problem well. At the same time, because of the lack of a delivery order of elastic and lead to a surplus of components were got in. Through the investigation and analysis, this situation is caused by the backward mode of inventory management of Q company, embodied in: the unreasonable supply chain organization, backward mode of inventory management,backward production mode and so on. Series of optimization scheme is presented according to the analysis, on the basis of optimization organization, JMI supply chain inventory management mode under control MRP and JIT production system. In order to ensure that JMI play a role of effective supply chain inventory management mode, need to further strengthen the management of suppliers. Also, in order to ensure MRP JIT can operate effectively under control, need to increase MRP control of the JIT production system.
