Financing Research On Construction Of X Small Towns In Tianjin

Since the policy of building a new socialist countryside was proposed, significantly speeding up the process of the construction of small town of our country, the integration of urban and rural construction becomes the primary research direction of regional development planning, which provides an important historical opportunity for the rapid development of the construction of small towns and improve the level of urbanization in China. In recent years, the construction of small cities and towns onto a new stage of development, the traditional financing methods such as credit financing and bank loans, can not meet the needs of the small town construction, so that the operation of the project cycle is too long, delay the process of the construction of small towns.So this paper try to put forward some specific methods to solve the problems of financing difficulty on construct demonstration small towns in Tianjin, speeding up the develop process of small cities and towns, and then spread across the country.This thesis used the theoretical and empirical research analysis methods.First of all, this paper summarized overseas and domestic research status in order to lay a solid foundation for further research; What is more, this paper integrated basic concepts and related theories of the small towns; And then based on the description of the Tianjin demonstration small town development and financing situation, proposed an example X demonstration of small towns to concrete analysis:among the problems such as the low proportion of direct financing, excessive dependence on bank loans, financing structure is unreasonable, and the formation of a large number of hidden debt as the government guarantee, resulting in greater financial risks are the most serious problems.Then related to the problems the paper analyzed the causes and proposed the solutions; Finally gives conclusions to this study, and indicates the problems in the study and further prospect.This study aims to point out problems of financing on the construction of small towns, hoping to provide reference for financing institution devolution and financing platform construction by learning domestic and overseas experience of urban town development and using the method of case study.
