The development of the city and the progress of the society make the city with a lot of changes, the most intuitive performances are there has more and more people in the city and further expansion of the city areas. Various needs are growing, wherein logistics demand is no exception. With the increase of the logistics needs, people requires logistics services with increasingly high level. These changes put forward higher requirements for the development of city logistics. On the premise of functioning normally when undertaking more logistics quantity, city logistics systems need to further enhance the level and quality of related logistics services. In addition, there are still many problems on the city logistics. Logistics resources and facilities are scattered and don’t form a certain scale. Overall operational efficiency is relatively low and it doesn’t form an effective mechanism. Simultaneously small-scale operations will produce corresponding environmental pollution, affecting the sustainable development of the city. Hence, it needs to establish a more complete and efficient logistics infrastructure as a support. Logistics hub as the highest level in city logistics network, its construction can solve the above challenges and issues to a large extent. Logistics hub with reasonable planning layout could achieve the integration of the existing logistics resources and provide more large-scale and specialized logistics services. It has a very important significance for the development and progress of the whole city logistics and the city.Based on a large number of relevant studies and literature, this paper studies and analyzes the spatial layout methods of city logistics hub. Following the principle of combining theory and practice, after the theory method, this paper makes the empirical study to verify the validity of the method.First, this paper defines the basic content of the research object "city logistics hub" to pave the way for the later study. At the same time, other theories and methods involved in the process are described in detail. Then, it proposes the core part of this paper, the system of city logistics hub planning layout. Though three steps-forecasting logistics demand, determining the scale of construction and site selection for the hubs, it obtains the final spatial layout program of city logistics hub. And use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combined AHP and entropy to evaluate the overall layout program. Finally, take Beijing as an example for empirical research. By analyzing the related content of development and construction for Beijing existing logistics, use the proposed spatial layout methods of the logistics hub to make the program of city logistics hubs planning layout for Beijing in 2020.Through the research and analysis, this paper not only establishes a set of city logistics hubs spatial layout methods to provide a reference method for the city logistics hub planning layout, but also gets the program of Beijing logistics hubs layout in 2020 in empirical research, which can provide an important reference for the development of Beijing logistics.
