The state-power security as put into perspective, explains that the structure of international trade is determined by the interests and power of states acting to maximize their aggregate international income, social stability, political power and economic growth. In this grown demand many developed country such as Saudi Arabia and People’s Republic of China have since developed more opportunities including secure theory to improve their trade’s security. In the same case, the (WTO) World Trade Organization which is an organization that intends to supervise and liberalize international trade still deals with the global rules of trade between nations. The relationship between these countries and the WTO is based on conventions and each should provide secure economic environment to be able to concurrence with rest of the world..This paper studies International Trade security between People’s Republic of china and Saudi Arabia; it will be presented the commodity composition of foreign trade and China’s industrial development by analyzing the characteristic of People’s Republic of china’s commodity composition of foreign trade and its development trend, and explore the change in the pattern of International trade. It will be also analyzed also the measure taken by both countries Saudi Arabia and People’s Republic of china to security them trade and we explore the impact and contribution of WTO in this challenge. It concludes that People’s Republic of china’s commodity composition and Saudi Arabia complies with the feature of international trade’s factor endowment and the condition of industry development. Intra-industry trade is becoming increasingly important in People’s Republic of china’s trade pattern, but the vertical intra-industry trade is the main trade pattern.
