In this case,the product quality control, logistics process control all need spend much cost, and also result in the decrease of fulfillment rate of the production plan, which makes customer’s orders cannot be delivered on time.In this paper, by studying the FAW-Volkswagen volatility factors of production,analysis of the factors leading to the unstable production, contrasting with Volkswagen advanced production organization way, finding the similarities and differences between Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen, targeted research the method to control the instability in production process of FAW-Volkswagen, and improve the stability of the production. Through the Optimization of the order management, production planning and production process, to enhance the stability production, while reducing cost in the actual production quality control and logistics process control.
