The concept of Lean production was raised in 1984, auto industry of American and European met great challenges and bottlenecks with mass production, the international motor vehicle program (IMVP) was established by Massachusetts Institute of Technology and focus on global auto companies especially for the Japanese auto company, through different countries in comparison, the Toyota production system is adapt to the diversified needs of society and was identified as the best mode of operation and was given a new name:Lean Production. Then the concept of lean production is rapidly as a new production way and enterprise culture is recognized and respected by global manufacturing industry and widely implemented in different industries.But in the tide of lean production globalization, the promotion of many enterprises and organizations is not very smooth, and the application of failure is also found everywhere. Many companies have gradually calmed down after in the beginning of crazy chase, and trying to find the root cause behind the failure.H company entered to China’s automotive aluminum products application market through acquisitions, at the beginning also faced with many similar challenges encountered by others enterprises. Faced with the growing demand of customers and on time delivery pressures, at the same time also need to ensure the inventory and costs control, quality, profit and other KPI requirement. China plant through the implementation of lean production system, and further consolidate the production process, and constantly improve their comprehensive quality, with the help of lean production system gradually reduce waste, improve enterprise’s comprehensive competitive ability, enterprise in the subdivision market, has been in a leading position.Firstly, present the significance and purpose of this study, and a brief description of the content.Secondly, introduction the lean production basic knowledge and the application of lean manufacturing at China and abroad.Again, through the H company and China plant were introduced(included before and after acquisition), China plant have to implement HLS to support business requirement from cooperation. On this basis, explanation the implement process of HLS at H company’s China plant.Finally, As per the result analysis of lean production system in China plant so that proved that the implementation of lean production can help enterprises in eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve equipment reliability, improve staff ability very important; through the implementation of harvest of H company lean production systems, and hope can provide some good experiences for company which is wondering to learn how to implement exploring or working in the adoption of lean production change the performance of enterprise counterparts to provide some successful experience for reference.
