| Since the seventies and eighties of the twentieth century, with the constant adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, emerging industrial technologies continue to emerge, industrial integration in the world showing a vigorous development trend and become new engine to promote the economic development. Northeast area as the industrial base in the early period after the founding of new China, to China’s economic development and industrialization made great contribution, but due to the northeast region economic and geographical location of the importance of not, the economic development speed slow, follow-up development power. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study how to promote the economic development of Northeast China by using the industrial integration and development. There are five chapters in this paper, which are based on the research background, the theoretical basis, the current situation of the development of the industry convergence, the domestic and foreign experiences, and the suggestions of the northeast region.The first chapter mainly from the research background and the purpose of defining the scope of the study, and research status at home and abroad, the industrial convergence are discussed in this paper. Aims to illustrate the important impetus of the economic development of industrial convergence. It is also pointed out that the development of industrial integration has a positive effect on adjusting the industrial structure, realizing the industrial transformation and upgrading, and reshaping the power of economic development. It is also an effective way to revitalize the northeast old industrial base. The second chapter studied classic Marxist writers about the idea of integration of industry development, and takes it as the guiding theory for the development of northeast area industrial fusion, and the industrial integration, development mechanism, industrial integration pattern and other related concepts are introduced. The third chapter to advantage industry in Northeast China for example describes the industry integration and development of the status quo and emphatically from the industrial fusion identity development degree is low, industry convergence of the macro environment is bad, industrial integration development mechanism is not perfect, industrial integration development model of driving force is insufficient etc. analysis the industrial integration problems faced in the development process, and the in-depth analysis of the underlying cause. The fourth chapter discusses the integration of the development of the United States, Japan and South Korea, as well as the domestic Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Beijing, Tianjin and other regions to promote the integration of industry development experience and inspiration. Summarizes the above-mentioned countries and regions from scientific and technological innovation, legal and regulatory protection, national policy support, the development of regional economic integration and promote market integration and other aspects to promote the development of industrial integration. The fifth chapter in the full study based on fusion of northeast area industrial development problems and restricting factors, referring to the experiences home and abroad, to create a good macro environment, improve the industrial fusion development mechanism, provide security conditions and select the appropriate fusion development mode, improving and suggestions on how to speed up the integration of the development of the northeast area industrial.The development of industrial integration in Northeast China not only has important significance to revitalize the old industrial base of Northeast China, change the way of economic development, and accelerate the integration of regional economy.
