The Purchasing Management Improvement Research Of COFCO Biochemical(Yushu)

In this paper, the existing procurement process management, supplier management, requirement planning management and procurement mode management and other aspects of COFCO Bio-chemical Energy(Yushu) Co., Ltd., are studied.And especially, the procurement risk and cost control, procurement specification and procurement efficiency are mainly emphasized. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the present conditions of the company’s procurement management and improves the existing processes with the NC system management concept. Meanwhile, this paper also introduces the basic concepts and methods of procurement management, the core management concept of UFIDA-NC management system, makes full use of the supply chain modules of NC system to improve the critical nodes of the existing procurement management. Through the benchmarking method, this paper then analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of COFCO Bio-chemical Energy(Yushu) Co., Ltd. in requirement planning, procurement mode, procurement process,supplier management and procurement process supervision and so on.And then, based on the problems of the procurement management business of COFCO Bio-chemical Energy(Yushu) Co., Ltd. and combined with the requirements of procurement quality,efficiency and benefits, and its future business development direction and long-term development planning, this paper, by comprehensively using the knowledge of supply chain management, warehousing and logistics management, operation management,cost management and financial management and by combining the theory with practice, redesigns all links involved in the procurement process and other aspects of COFCO Bio-chemical Energy(Yushu) Co., Ltd. and puts forward the improvement strategies and schemes of procurement management for COFCO Bio-chemical Energy(Yushu) Co., Ltd.Finally, the paper proposes the targeted solutions and feasible improvement measures for the company’s procurement process, and adjusts the procurement process nodes and procurement modes. The new procurement process that is based on the NC system platform optimizes the whole procurement management, reduces thecost and improves the efficiency. At last, the paper develops some reasonable and effective security measures for the smooth implementation of the improvement schemes.
