Research On The Effect Of Resource Acquisition On Farmer Innovation Behavior-the Mediating Effect Of Resource Integration

As the core material of the development, innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for economic development and social progress. Nurturing and promoting innovative behavior research plays an important role at all levels of a country or nation economic, technological, cultural and other. As a developing country, the rural economy has been an important sector of economic development, so the farmer innovation as an important driving force for agricultural development and rural economy, we need to focus on all sectors of scholars. However, lacking innovative resources is the main problem for farmer groups to develop rural economy, particularly in the lack of access to resources and their own lack of ability to integrate resources is crucial. The research on resources and innovation or entrepreneurship has made some achievements, but how resources affect innovative behavior of farmers groups, there are indeed many problems to be solved. In the situation of economic transformation from a resource point of view to explore and promote innovative behavior of farmers groups, it has become academic and policy points.In this paper, based on the basic theory of resources and individual innovation behavior theory, binding characteristics of the rural economy and current situation of farmer groups, in-depth analysis of the relationship between resource acquisition and innovative behavior of farmers, and to explore the integration of resources in which the intermediary role. This study includes the following three aspects:First, Theory and literature review. We expound the theoretical basis of this paper--the resource based theory and the theory of individual innovation behavior. And then we detailed combing the related definitions and related research of resource acquisition, resource integration and innovative behavior of farmers. In addition, the paper also analyzes the current situation and characteristics of China’s current innovative behavior of farmers, farmers’ innovation and research resources and the relationship between a literature review article on this conceptual model and hypotheses proposed to provide a theoretical support.Second, put forward the conceptual model and assumptions. We first discuss the relationship between resource acquisition and innovative behavior of farmers. The resource acquisition will affect innovative behavior of farmers, and due to the different characteristics of resource itself, the relationship between different resource acquisition and innovative behavior of farmers is not the same. And we discuss how resource integration to mediate the relationship between resource acquisition and farmer innovation behavior. Next, we construction of a conceptual model of this paper, and put forward relevant assumptions, followed by a variable scale selection and questionnaire design, data collection for validation of analytical.Third, we analysis data and test hypothesis. This paper design a questionnaire issued to peasants of Jilin province to verify the hypothesis. The investigation recovered 274 valid questionnaires. After the article data is encoded, first data were collected validation, including reliability and validity. Then the data for statistical analysis, correlation analysis between variables, regression analysis, as well as mediating effect analysis. The correctness of the data analysis showed that, in addition to a small part of the hypothesis does not pass inspection, most of the basic assumptions have been passed and tested, which supports the article conceptual model and research.This article focuses on the analysis for the three parts: First, we analyze the relationship between resources acquisition and farmer innovation behavior. Second, we analyze integration of resources on the impact of farmer innovation behavior. Next, we analyze the integration of resources mediating effect on the relationship between the resources acquisition and farmer innovation behavior. Conclusions of this study are: resource acquisition will positively promote innovative behavior of farmers groups, in which knowledge resources and social resources have a significant positive impact on farmers’ innovation behavior, operator resources acquisition in this article do not significant reflect. Ability to integrate resources has a strong positive impact on the role of farmers’ innovation behavior. Resource integration between different resources(except operator resources) and farmers’ innovation behavior have played a certain part of the mediating effect.By the conclusion of this article, we have access to research Inspiration: For groups of farmers, the resources acquisition and ability to integrate resources to farmers behavior has a positive role in promoting innovation, they should build and expand its reasonable network of resources, and improve their level of ability and promote their own resources into results of ability; for the government,pay attention to groups of farmers to cultivate and build a network of resources, as well as farmers’ ability to use their own resources to integrate the culture.
