Diffusion effect and innovation performance have the same positive correlationand the scene also occurs between technological finance resource integration andtechnological human resource integration, diffusion effect. Intermediary role is very obviousamong technological human resource integration, identification and accessing technologicalresources, technological resource allocation, using diffusion effect.
