People is a core element of enterprise development. It is particularly important for the survival and development of labor-intensive industries performance. In an increasingly competitive market environment, socio-economic, competition among enterprises is the ultimate expression of competition in human resources. As a staff level employees the company line, can be said that the essence of the company’s human wastage level employees directly affect the company’s production line operation, product quality and corporate image. X company as a labor-intensive small and medium enterprises in the private enterprises, staff turnover issues, especially the issue of junior staff turnover has been seriously plagued development of the road X company, and therefore improve the human resource management practices, reduce employee turnover rate is imminent.On the status of human resources management survey found that lack of imperfections and humane management of internal human resources management system is the main cause of the loss of junior staff. In this paper, the loss of the reasons put forward corresponding countermeasures:in recruitment and training system and improve pay and benefits system, while building an employee career development channel, the corporate culture and reflect the humane care to every detail of the work.The main use of literature research, research methods questionnaires and individual interviews with the Combination. Document analysis is mainly to sort out the relevant literature, analysis, drawing on relevant literature survey, designed and completed grassroots employee satisfaction survey. In the process of collecting information on company X junior staff turnover, the main questionnaire survey of junior staff turnover and other reasons the data collected, but is also used in individual interviews, a representative selection of former employees conduct interviews and questionnaires, and strive do real data is valid.The innovation of this paper is the application of innovation.
