Human Resource is a decisive factor for enterprise development and growth. As privateenterprise becomes a backbone of China's economic development, how to utilize human resourceproperly and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff has been the focus of people's concern andresearch. Because performance-related pay is closely connected with employee performance, it isflexible and has strongly incentive effects, which have been favored by the private enterprise.However, Performance-related pay has rich contents and various forms. Different forms ofperformance-related pay have different focuses on the incentive effect. Combine with thecharacteristics of the different kinds of staff when you study respectively the sensitivity of theincentive effect of different kinds of performance-related pay. This is an important element of thisarticle.For a long time, there are sufficient theoretical articles about the incentive theory for knowledgeworkers and senior managers. However, junior staff, as a main force of enterprise development, haslittle research on it. So this article will take the junior staff as a research group. According todifferent work nature, People divide junior staff into production personnel, technicians, salespersonnel and intelligence personnel. We will focus on the study of the sensitivity of the incentiveeffect of different kinds of performance-related pay about four kinds of personnel.Basing on related incentive theory, we will analyze the problems and causes which existed inthe performance-related pay of private enterprise. Therefore, this article will take the junior staff asa research group, use questionnaire, analyze collected data by descriptive statistical analysis andrelated statistical analysis and focus on the study of the sensitivity of the incentive effect of differentkinds of performance-related pay about four kinds of personnel. Have some reference for privateenterprise in actually designing performance-related pay system.
