The development of coal related industries is related to energy use and international economic relations, China’s energy structure has long been dominated by coal, the rapid development of new energy and can not immediately replace coal in China’s energy utilization in the dominant position, industrial coal, coal consumption, export is the main way of coal utilization. However, the non renewable nature of coal to the coal related enterprises to pay attention to recycling technology,resource conservation, and even refine to the industrial scale and the production process of enterprise development, so the coal related industry management is essential to study the coal mining, logistics transportation, processing, heat treatment and other aspects of the selection of coal heating process, the Dandong Prosper Heat Company as the research object to its production process management.7S theory is a series of effective management and control of the production process, including the process, layout, effect, which is more beneficial to the improvement of the quality and level of enterprise management. 7S theory has been widely used in the production of the world’s countries, can achieve the level of production safety, to build brand imageThrough the use of 7S management of domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of 7S management theory, and takes Dandong Prosper Heat Company as an example, first carries on the basic process,management, etc. The 7S site management is applied to the enterprise. And flexible to use in the management level of evaluation system of safety management theory. The research of this paper has important theoretical and practical role in guiding the development of China’s coal industry.
